Our shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.95 or FREE for all orders over $200 dollars (excludes bulky items and furniture)
We ship Australia wide and use Australia Post Eparcel for safely delivering your parcel to you. Bulky items will be sent via a courier
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt and you will receive an email on dispatch with your tracking number for your records.
Shipping times are estimated between 2 to 7 business days depending on your postcode location within Australia.
In the event you are not home if you have not requested for your parcel to be left in a safe location your parcel will be delivered to your local postal outlet for pick up.
All our parcels are tracked and we will not take responsibility of any parcels that do go astray or have been selected to be left on the delivery premises.
International shipping is available, please contact and a member of the Sweet Creations Team will be in contact to confirm postage costs. With all our international deliveries we us Australia Post International which is all tracked and traced.
International orders over a certain amount are subject to import duties, please be aware as we will not take any responsibility for any extra charges that you may incur.
