The following Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of products by you via www.sweetcreations.com.au. By using this site you accept and agree to be legally bound by our terms & conditions. We may change the terms & conditions at any time. Please review the terms & conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of such changes.
PRICING
Prices are displayed in AUD. Prices may be subject to change without notice if necessary. Where applicable, prices also include GST. All prices are correct at the time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All goods must be paid for prior to them being sent. Some items may require a small amount of assembly by the purchaser. Sweet Creations takes no responsibility for goods damaged during delivery or assembly by you.
PLACING AN ORDER
All orders can be placed through our website www.sweetcreations.com.au, over the phone, by email orders@sweetcreations.com.au or by popping into our warehouse shop.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it and send a further email to confirm that we have processed your order. Please ensure an accurate e-mail address is supplied.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do send internationally, please email a member of the Sweet Creations team at info@sweetcreations.com.au with your order details to receive an international freight quote.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our purpose is to provide a fantastic shopping experience from wherever you may be and therefore we are focused on quality products and great service. It is important to us that you love your Sweet Creations purchase. To ensure each product meets our standards and arrives perfectly we inspect each order before shipping.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will issue a credit note or exchange if you return the goods, at your own expense, within 14 days of receiving your order. Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Products on special offer or explicitly noted and non-returnable cannot be returned. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Step 1 - Email orders@sweetcreations.com.au and clearly state your order number (which is on the invoice that accompanied your order) and the items you wish to return. In regards to an exchange, we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a refund (non-sale items) or store credit note.
Step 2 - Our staff will contact you within 24 hours with full instructions on how to send your items back to us. Items must be unopened, in saleable condition and securely packaged in box. Any damaged products will be rejected. We recommend returning items to be shipped via a traceable method as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Sweet Creations will not pay freight on returned goods unless goods are deemed by Sweet Creations as faulty.
Step 3 – Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the items at the Sweet Creations office. Once the item has been inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either provide a exchange or credit note.
FOR EXCHANGE, with confirmation of availability, the new item will be shipped back to you FREE of charge if the original goods were deemed to be faulty.
FOR STORE CREDIT, you will be sent a Sweet Creations credit note via email to use for future purchases, valued at the item you have returned. This does not expire and is not redeemable for cash.
Note: For FINAL SALE items there are positively no exchange, refund or returns unless the item is faulty.
PAYMENT
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services and or products Sweet Creations provides to you. Sweet Creations welcomes payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, over the telephone and via the website.
All payments accepted through our website are through Paypal. Including payment from your credit card, debit card, direct debit from your bank account and Paypal account. You do not need a Paypal account to complete your payment if you choose to pay via credit card; Visa or Mastercard.
Alternatively payment by Visa card, Mastercard is accepted over the phone or eftpos facilities are available at our warehouse store on pick up. Please speak to a Sweet Creations team member to discuss.
LAYBY
When shopping with Sweet Creations for your total convenience you can secure any item with a 20% deposit. Simply make the remaining payments monthly. Full amount needs to be paid before delivery. Option available on website.
Our website will automatically offer you layby at check out with all orders over $150.00.

Must make payment at least once a month. If no payment or contact is made we reserve the right to cancel your layby and you will forfeit your deposit. A member of the Sweet Creations will contact you to confirm your cancellation.
A cancellation fee of 20% will be used as a cancellation fee.
Monthly reminders will be emailed to let you know what is outstanding.
Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded after the layby has been finalised.
NO WARRANTIES
Sweet Creations makes no warranties. Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves. The services and products are provided on an as is and as available basis.
PRE-ORDERS
We sometimes open pre-orders on a new or a very popular item that is on its way to us. If you place an order for a pre-order please keep in mind that these items are not yet in stock and will not be sent until they arrive in our warehouse.
If you purchase a pre-order and together with an in-stock item we will not send your order until we have received everything in stock. If you would like your items sent straight away please place all pre-orders separately to in-stock items.
All our pre-order delivery dates are approximates from the supplier, at times due to circumstances beyond our control there may be delays. If this is the case a member from the Sweet Creations team will notify you of the delay. We will not be held responsible for these delays.
SUPPLY
Sweet Creations reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
COUPON CODES/GIFT VOUCHERS
With all Coupon Codes and Gift Voucher Codes simply enter your code in the appropriate section in the checkout process.
Please check gift vouchers expiry dates as once the date has expired the voucher is null and void.
If for any reason you are having trouble with your code please do not hesitate to email us at info@sweetcreations.com.au so we can check for you.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
We have a flat rate delivery charge Australia wide of $9.95 or make that free for orders over $200 (excludes furniture and bulky items). Furniture and Bulky Item, delivery charges will be worked out for you on check out.
Furthermore items sent direct from our distributor (Dropship) may incur additional postage fees charged by them, this will also be the case for those that select Perth pickup. We will contact you with the total postage rate for these items if they exceed what you have already paid. If you do not wish to proceed you will have the option to cancel the order.
We also accept International orders please email us at info@sweetcreations.com.au and we can organise a delivery quote for you.
The Sweet Creations Team aims to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of being received, with the exclusion of sales or peak seasons where delays may occur. We use Australia Post Eparcel which includes tracking and tracing. We expect to have your order delivered within Australia depending on your location between 2-7 working days and international orders between 10-20 working days. We do not guarantee any delivery dates.
Personalised orders do take between 3-4 weeks for arrival as they are made in the USA.
DESCRIPTIONS
At the time of publication all product descriptions are accurate, errors and omissions accepted. All measurements and weights are approximates.
SALES
All sales items are final sales we do not offer refunds or exchanges. No discount codes or special offers off freight are available to use with sale items.
